Tintypes<\/h5>\n

Tintypes, also known as ferrotypes or melanotypes, are a vintage form of photography that emerged in the mid-19th century. This technique involves creating a direct positive on a thin sheet of metal, which is coated with a dark lacquer or enamel to serve as the support for the photographic emulsion. Out of curiosity and passion for old photography techniques I started to experiment with tintypes in my home studio. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
